ParentPay is the academy’s online system for making payments to the academy. We encourage all parents to pay for meals, trips and other expenses in this way. It is quick and convenient, and gives you peace of mind that funds have reached us safely. The academy would not prevent a child having a school meal but we can only allow pupils to go overdrawn for one day. After this we would expect parents to either give their child cash to load onto the system in school or alternatively pay via parent pay. To have an overdrawn balance authorised a student must speak directly to their Student Liaison Officer or the attendance team.

ParentPay also offers you the option to view your child’s meal choices, including if they are in receipt of Free School Meals.

How to get started with ParentPay?

  • Visit ParentPay
  • Enter your Activation username and password in the Account Login section of the homepage. NB. These are for one-time use only, please choose your own username and password for future access during the activation process.
    • Provide all the necessary information and choose your new username and password for your account – registering your email address will enable us to send you receipts and reminders
    • Once activation is complete you can go to straight to Items for payment, select which item(s) you want to add to your basket and proceed to complete your payment
